Great work, it seems to work pretty good for me now. I have yet to look 
closer at the code though.

I've never used pango, but I will definitely look at it when I can.

I tried looking at some web pages with japanese and arabic titles and I 
can say it works for me. The arabic doesn't seem to be exactly the same as 
in the tab title in Galeon, but it's probably just a different font.
