It looks like there has been either some kind of change 
since XFree86 4.3.0 and X.org 6.7.0 some Window Manager 
weren't able to keep track of, or a new bug in XFree86 
and X.org that hasn't been fixed yet.

I don't know. Does anyone have more info about this issue?
