[openbox] Window Placement in MergedFB (not Xinerama) Mode with ATI Radeon 7500

While we're on the subject, does anyone know why mozilla/firefox doesn't
listen to UnderMouse?  It always shows up in the upper left of the
screen no matter what.  And with xinerama enabled...that's REALLY
annoying.
