[openbox] cvs changes and alt-tab window placement

Perfect thanks.  BTW, do you have any idea what happened to the alt-tab
window?  All the CVS changes you committed in the last few days seem
fairly innocuous.  Copyright notices, the keepborder thing.  Nothing
that would cause this change in behavior.
