[openbox] DesktopUp functionality

And if it's possible, is there a way to implement "viewport switching ala
waimea" into openbox? For example if I have four desktops in a 1x4 setup and
stand currently in desktop 2. If I move the mouse to the left side of the
screen, the desktop switches to desktop 1, or desktop 2 if I move the mouse to
the right side.  Is this possible?
