How to automatically position a window?

I can resize a window with devilspie but I can't move it to a specified 
location. I can make it work with a keybind but i would like to do it 
automatically. Is there any way to do it?

Here's a few things I'd like to see in openbox:
 1. window autoproperties
 2. run script after startup
 3. full theamable window decorations (kind of the way pekwm does it)
