[openbox] starting an app without window decorations

unfortunetly i haven't been able to get devilspie to work right.  I am
sure I have my config set up right, and i think the issue is libwnck. 
I keep getting an error:
Wnck-WARNING **: Unhandled action type (nil)
-- if there is anyone else who has seen this... any help would be nice.
