focus while switching windows

Hello,

I have been using openbox for more than a year. But recently, when I
switch windows, the focus doesn't always follow the windows. The window
is highlighted, but the focus is not there.
This is what I have in my config file:

<keybind key="A-Tab">
<action name="NextWindow"><dialog>no</dialog></action>
</keybind>

I am missing something? It was working correctly before debian upgraded
openbox.
