Thanks - It solved most of my problems, but I have a few left ;)

I am trying to start feh (image viewer) to be above all other windows and
toolbars/docks. I used devilspie to start it with always on top, but how do I
make it go above toolbars/docks? I also tried to set the wintype to 'DOCK' and
'TOOLBAR' without success.
