New theme: "Snow Falcon"

If anybody wants a nice light theme with scarlet highlights, then try "Snow Falcon". The tarball is available at http://www.starbreaker.net/download/snow-falcon.tar.gz and includes GTK 1.x and GTK 2.x themes as well as a KDE color scheme file.
