[openbox] window focus bug?

metoo sees it as a feature :) dragging should not mess with stacking.
very useful with eg. the gimp on too small a screen (17").

if you really want to change that behaviour (it cannot be done in obconf):

in ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml
in context name="Titlebar"
in mousebind action="Drag" button="Left"
add an action name="Raise"
write the file and do "reconfigure" from the menu
