[openbox] Using Nautilus w/ OpenBox

I had a similar problem with rox-filer, i worked around it by changing
the menus to only have one menu on middle click with the following
setting in ~/.openbox/rc

session.screen0.rootMenuButton: Middle

then i included the workspace menu in the root menu.
