documentation for ob3

Hi I have been trying out the latest version of openbox3 from cvs. So
far it seems to be very nice.

What I was wondering was is there any documents that describe the rc3
file.  I would like to set up hot keys to jump direct to virtual display
but don't have the info on that.

Also bbpager doesn't seem to work with this version any hints on this.
