Can't doubleclick to shade windows in alpha2a-ex-plus?

After installing the latest alpha version, copying the default rc3, 
and editing the menu I noticed that I can't shade windows by 
doubleclicking the titlebars.

I haven't changed the mouse bindings, so the following should still 
apply, unless the config file syntax was changed.

<mousebind button="Left" action="doubleclick">
	<action name="toggleshade"/>
</mousebind>

Should I log this in Bugzilla?
