Openbox3 Menu, where's the default file after compile?

I built OpenBox 3 tonight and I figured I would look at the menu format
but I noticed the menu isn't loaded from my .openbox directory (only my
openbox2 stuff is there). I tried to search for the file it's using but
had no luck finding it. Can anyone clue me into where this file is?
