obconf, where is it?

	First i want to say that i love the new interface. I have always liked
openbox, but now i have reason to like it more. I downloaded and
compiled the latest from cvs on both my home and work computer. I did
not see any errors during configure or during the make process, but i
dont seem to have the binary for obconf. Do i need to download something
else or throw some special options to configure or make?
