docker

I was wondering if someone could help me I am trying to run docker, and
I am unable to find any documentation. I tried just running it from the
shell by just typing docker and then running an icon app. But nothing
worked. Does anyone know where I can find documentation or advise me on
what I am doing wrong. Thanks
