[openbox] heavy load on ffm with rox-panel

I use rox only as a filemanager; tried the panel now: most of the time,
the home icon flickers, but not always, never if not ffm. the rox panel
sometimes hides, sometimes it doesnt. it even gets an entry in the
windowlist in the gnome-panel.

I compiled openbox with profiling enabled: below the findings:

sixty thousend times window_layer in two and a quarter seconds isnt too
bad :) why should I see a flicker then? X might be slower...
