Thanks! I'll have some more themes in a similar vein available soon.

will have different highlights:

Thanks again, John. I appreciate both the praise and the criticism. I've
been wanting a clean dark theme for a while myself. While Aero is
pretty, it's mainly a palette-swap of Aqua and I wanted something a
little more rock 'n roll.

So, since the best way to get one's own way is to do it oneself, I
looked for GTK theming HOWTOs and got to work. >^..^<

It'd be nice if I knew *why* only GAIM's tabs behaved in that manner.
X-Chat tabs behave themselves, as do the tabs in Mozilla Firebird and
gnome-terminal. Something tells me I'm going to have to crack open the
GAIM source and see exactly what kind of funky-ass widget is being used
for tabs so I can try to theme it properly.

As far as I know, GTK themes don't set URL color. It's been several
months since I last used Evolution (I don't even have it installed ATM!)
but I remember that Evolution had a way to change URL colors through its
message display dialog. I'm installing Evolution now, and will have a
look at that in the morning.

I won't get to it tonight; not only am I on a dialup but I have to wash
some clothes by hand to get through the week.
