OB looks for themes in $dir/themes in each directory $dir in
$XDG_DATA_HOME and $XDG_DATA_DIRS (which are ':'-separated paths).

If these are missing, it falls back to
~/.local/share:/usr/local/share:/usr/share, and looks in ~/.themes as
well.

OB installs its default themes in /usr/local/share/themes.
