[openbox] maximize over dock

I changed it to this but it still does the same thing :(

<dock>
  <position></position>
  <stacking>bottom</stacking>
  <direction>vertical</direction>
  <floatingX>1500</floatingX>
  <floatingY>0</floatingY>
  <autoHide>no</autoHide>
  <hideTimeout>300</hideTimeout>
</dock>

I must be doing something wrong.
