syntax error checking in teh menu file

I just stumbled across this today.

I copy-pasted a section of my menu because i wanted to make a new
submenu, it is faster than retyping all the XML.

Anyway, I forgot to change the menu id tag.

If you have duplicate menu id tags, Openbox crashes completely when you
try to use the root menu.
