Child windows not going back its parents ...

Hey, I think I already see somebody asking for this
here but I missed to point.
Right now I'm downloading a .tgz file on Firebird (the
browser), but the download window refuses to stay on
the back of the parent window (the main one). I'm
using ob3 alpha 5 ... is there a way to fix it? I need
to put that download window on the bottom layer ...
