Mplayer issue

Hello
I've observed strange behavior of MPlayer. When I'm trying to toggle
fullscreen while watching the movie the title bar of a window remains on
screen. Is it intended? 

The same effect is with specifying -fs option on the command line. I
tried a few video drivers and it is the same problem.
