OB3: menu gets stuck sometimes

Hello, 

I would be glad if someone can confirm this:

Browsing fw/backwards in menu (including submenus) causes menu jam. This
happens always when I roll my mouse very fast in the menu (find some
apps for e.g. or just for fun ;). It's not very disturbing, because menu
can be closed by clicking right button on the desktop. I would consider
this "a flaw" :-)
