Openbox 2.2.1

Hey folks.

New release just hit the press. 2.2.1 is out for testing. Woop. It
features fixes for Xft and non-english font support, as well as a
couple other minor bug fixes.

Grab yourself a copy today and hit up that bug tracker with any
problems you find. I'd like to see the 2.2 series become the STABLE
branch sometime soon :)
