Openbox 2.1.3 Release

Greetings all,

Thought I should let you know that I released Openbox-2.1.3
today. This release is meant to fix the font-related problems we've
been hearing about, i.e. really small text, or no text at all showing
up.

Its simply a bug-fix release for the above, so if you're not
experiencing either of the above (I doubt you are or I'd be hearing
about it :), then you don't need this anyhow.

Well, back to the mad haxoring.
