multiple IP's and 1 LAN card?

Anybody running a server out there with multiple IP's and only one LAN card?
I would like to setup a new virtual game server on one of my servers, but
would like to use a new IP address instead of just a different port. I am
wondering if this might cause some problems with the two games? anybody
doing this??
