Maybe a shameless plug, but to answer your question you can always rent one 
from me (FragCentral.com). Our 16 man servers are $60 bux a month and we use 
premium bandwidth. If you are interested drop me an email at 
quon at fragcentral.com. We are just starting out, so no website just yet, but 
we've already gotten some of the biggest clans in moh to join up because of 
the ping times they get here.
