[mohaa] Server Requirements

i run a server on a single 500mhz p3 (katmai core). the system is
basically dead except for the spearhead server, with 512 megs of ram. and
it runs like a dog with 16 plays, cpu is way overloaded. dual is nice and
all but the server does not take advantage of both cpu's. i also have a 18
player server on my 1ghz with 512 megs ram on the same network line as
well, runs much better.
