Suggestion for expansion pack code

Can you fit a swap team command into the Linux version. One of the things I
like about rtcw is the Stopwatch mode that after a round has completed the
game switches everyone from one side to another. If a command could be made
available to the Admins to swap all Axis to allied and the other way around
I am sure that would be a welcomed addition.
