respawn limit?

Repost of my second question as there were no comments on it.

Is it possible to set a respawn limit?
By this I mean once you have respawned say 3 times you need to wait for a 
team to be wiped out or the level to finish (4 deaths you're out).

If no... could this be a future feature?

We are using linux MOHAA server.
