[mohaa] tiz roger, i got a question pls

I was wondering what you really need for a server if you want to run a
fast full mohaa server. full spec's please. and what is the minimum
internet connection you need also. I have a friend that is going to make a
major server and wants to know what he needs to have to do it right. 

also is there any settings one must have in your cfg file to maximize your
servers capabilities


He is looking to make some major clan servers for clans
