You can probably ditch the sound and video dirs, but I haven't tried.

set the "g_gametype" cvar. "1" is free-for-all, "2" is team deathmatch,
"3" is objective mode and "4" is ...uh, something.

The server WILL NOT RESPOND to ANY packet without this being set.
