That is _JUST_ the linux binaries. You still need to:

1) Install the game on windows,
2) Patch the windows game to 1.11
3) Copy the datafiles from the windows game and the Linux binaries to a
linux server and start it up.

There's a README with instructions in the tar.bz2 listed above...to
extract that file:

    bunzip2 -d mohaa_lnxded_publicbeta2.tar.bz2
    tar -xvvf mohaa_lnxded_publicbeta2.tar
