Team damage&team killers

I'm really pised off on TK's temporary visiting my server...

I've seen a variable that can solve my worries but it seems to not working....

mp_tkpenalty "x" // number of "minus" frags to kick

maybe some misspeling???


And what is variable causes damage in team?
