[Gtkradiant] Gamepacks licenses

Hi all,
I'm here again..

Now I have to ask you about the gamepacks licenses (
http://svn.icculus.org/gtkradiant-gamepacks/).
As said in bugzilla (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=836840#c15)
if these are under a FOSS license I can package it in a separate package
(as could be gtkradiant-data) but, if not, I have to create a wrapper
script which informs the user and lets him download these gampepacks from
the net.
