[Gtkradiant] GtkRadiant end-user site

I think it would be a good idea to merge the changes which have been done
to NetRadiant into GTKRadiant 1.5.


Also, the version numbers should be revised. There is 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 ,
and some older versions around. A new version of GTKRadiant 1.5, cannot
really be called 1.6 ... surely 1.5.1 fits. Anyway there should be put some
thought into it.
