[Gtkradiant] FYI - new builds

I have installed missing libs and static bins are working correctly now.
Version compiled from GIT works fine to me without those packages though.
In Arch we have on default
http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/libjpeg-turbo/
and that's all - older versions are in AUR (thing like launchpad).
Everything works flawless now.
