[Gtkradiant] Forgot to pay bills, qeradiant.com domain name expired.

Correct. The domain was dropped (various reasons).

It's fine though, we've talked about migrating a few times in the
past. It's been suggested to me that we should move to icculus.org, I
think that could be a good location to have the stuff.
Some of the repositories need to remain on zerowing though, because of
their non GPL licensing (the editor source code itself is fine, and
could be hosted somewhere else).
