[Gtkradiant] model qer_trans patch

  Hi,

qer_trans does not work on models - I fixed that. Patch attached.

P.S.: Is there a documentation on all the Radiant's hidden features? 
Before reading some of the code I neither knew about the possibility of 
adding multiple entity definition files (everybody edits 
[sm]p_entities.def) nor about qer_alphafunc...
