Do you mean the possibility to plant landmines or to place landmines
in a map via editor?

For the former you need a shader with the "surfaceparam landmine".

Placing landmines in the editor is not possible, but you can simulate
the behaviour with a trigger_once / trigger_multiple and a
func_explosive.
