[Gtkradiant] Analyzing the mapq3 parser & some suggestions

Agreeing with Eduard that giving public access to the wiki is not a
good idea because there was already a developer wiki which is lost
thanks to the spam bots.
The Trac system might be interesting as it includes a subversion
interface, ticket (bug report) system and a wiki.
A user forum is IMHO unnecessary because it may degenerate to a
support centre. Furthermore the numerous mapping forums already fulfil
this purpose.
