[Gtkradiant] [Bug 1083] Cannot Install.

Same error here it seems. Version 1.5 works, but I prefer 1.4. Console log:

spirit at threat:~$ xhost +
access control disabled, clients can connect from any host
spirit at threat:~$ su
Password:
root at threat:/home/spirit# ./linux-radiant-1.4.0.run
Verifying archive integrity... All good.

Do you need to issue an xhost + command to let root access X11?
The setup program seems to have failed on x86/glibc-2.1
