[Gtkradiant] A few fixes

[namespace]

Hi!

Your changes were merged into the trunk, except the
"made release the default build" thing.
The svn repository is for developers and the versions hosted there are usually 
of no use for the common user, so using release-settings by default makes no 
sense to me.

The original codebase, that was used for the 1.5 release (r170), got tagged 
and can be found here:
