[Gtkradiant] help gtkradiant for OSXHi

You are missing this file:
https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/radiant/GtkRadiant/trunk/svn.py

Put it in:
/Applications/Q4/Quake 4/GtkRadiant-GPL Folder/GPL/GtkRadiant/

Try scons again.
