[Gtkradiant] help gtkradiant for OSXHi

[LinuxManMikeC]

Scons is what you run to compile the GtkRadiant binary.  If "scons
SETUP=0" runs without errors then you have the GtkRadiant binary.
Install.py is run to get all the files in the right place in the
"install" subdirectory.  The GtkRadiant binary does not come from
install.py.
