[Gtkradiant] Compiling Quake4 maps on Linux

I'm sorry, no there isn't. Raven separated the map functions in Quake4 into
a separate library, and I've already talked with them, and they have no
plans on porting them to Linux. You can use Wine to run the Win32 version,
though it's a bit of a pain having to install the Windows version.
If you want you could e-mail Id Software, and Raven asking them the same
question. If enough people bug them, maybe they'll change their minds.
