[Gtkradiant] [Bug 1080] New: Missing textures?

When browsing textures I noticed a lot of missing entries.  For example the
"alarm_strobe" - which is referenced from the admin.map file.  The funny thing
is that although the referenced file (lights/alarm_strobe) doesn't exist and
can't be referenced in Linux, it doesn't exist in the WinXP base directory
either but it CAN be accessed.

Now I'm very confused.  Is this a bug?  A "feature"?  Just plain stupidity on my
part?

I've done some fairly extensive searches for clues - but nothing.
