[Gtkradiant] Next plugin - SunPlug

Here's another plugin written by Topsun. He didn't subscribe to the 
mailing list (yet), so I send it for him.

The plugin is called SunPlug and has one function so far (others may 
follow) called ET-MapCoordinator.
With this plugin it's possible to calculate and set two important 
worldspawn keys you need in Enemy Territory maps -
mapcoordsmins and mapccordsmaxs.
